If you do serve these alongside the regular, spicy jalapeno version, be sure to choose a different color of bell pepper, so it’s clear which is hot and which is not.

Let cream cheese sit out at room temperature until it’s soft enough to work with—Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine the cream cheese with sour cream, shallots, Worcestershire sauce, and prepared horseradish. Mix well. Scoop about 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture into each strip of red pepper. Wrap with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place all on a keto thanks to some tasty, sliced veggies or pork rinds for dipping.
