Information

**What you are buying**

Everything sold on this site is a digital product — a planner, a workbook, or both. There is nothing physical to ship. You get access as soon as your payment goes through.

All prices are in US dollars.

**Change of mind**

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, I don't offer refunds for change of mind. Once the files are with you, they cannot be returned, so please read what is included before you buy. If you are unsure whether it suits you, email me first and ask.

**If something is wrong**

If the file will not open, a download link does not work, or what you received is not what this site described, email [hello@lowcarbdiet.solutions](mailto:hello@lowcarbdiet.solutions?subject=Order%20problem) and I will fix it or refund you.

Include the email address you used for the order, so I can find it. There is no time limit on a file that simply does not work.

This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

**Payment**

Payments are handled by PayPal. Your card details go to PayPal, not to this site, and I never see or store them.

**Duplicate orders**

If you are charged twice for the same product, email me and I will refund the duplicate.
