Place bacon slices in a single layer in a cold, large skillet. Heat over medium heat.

As bacon slices finish cooking, remove from heat and place on a papertowel lined plate to drain. Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, slice cucumber at an angle into 12 slices.
Once the bacon is cooled, break into smaller strips
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Thinly slice the jalapeños.
Assemble the BLT bites by spreading each cucumber slice with smoky chipotle mayo.
Top with avocado slices, tomato pieces, crispy bacon, and jalapeño slices.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
